In 2000 Cleveland’s finest and most outlandish musicians came together to pull off the pomp and attitude of 70’s glam rock (a la Bowie, T Rex, Lou Reed) to become the Angry Inch. The rhythm foundation was Steve Mehlman (Pere Ubu, Rocket From the Tombs), the hardest hitting drummer in the world, and rock solid bassist Mark Gamiere (The Wake, Screw Tractor). To add the harmonic structure glitter boy pianist Mike Seevers and wild queen guitarist Miss Melvis (Chump, Flat Can Co) joined sonic guitarist Dennis Yurich (Queue Up, Vanity Crash). Fronting the Angry Inch were Cleveland’s most dynamic voices, über lungs Alison Garrigan (Queue Up) and theater’s rising star Dan Folino (Vanity Crash).
The ensemble paid off with the CPT production of Hedwig and the Angry Inch exceeding all ticket sales expectations prompting a three-week sold-out extension, making the show the highest yielding production in CPT’s history.
Unfortunately Alison Garrigan cannot make this performance and will be replaced by her lovely understudy Kristy Lee Miller.

This summer The Rocky Horror Show took the conservative town of Chagrin Falls by storm. Under the skillful direction of Greta Rothman, the show met with rave reviews and record-breaking ticket sales. The Rocky Horror Show never looked or sounded better. With an outstanding cast backed by a rocking band, Rocky Horror exploded onto the stage becoming one of those rare star-aligned productions.
After all of the blood sweat and tears, ending a production like this was sad, but the cast vowed to recreate the magic again some day. So they have rejoined as the Phantoms to perform the songs from The Rocky Horror Show – and take you all on “a strange journey” for one more night.

Vanity Crash has been rockin’ the scene with outrageous performances, opening for the likes of the New York Dolls, Poison, Semi Precious Weapons, the Darkness, Gogol Bordello and Constantine Maroulis. They released their self-titled debut CD to critical acclaim, and placed two songs in the movies Kingsbury Run and Hellweek. Lead singer Dan Folino has been acting full time at the Barter Theater in Virginia so Vanity Crash hasn’t hit the stage in 2 1/2 years. Now is the opportunity to witness them before they disappear again.

The Birthday Massacre and Lestat
Queue Up is excitedly rising from the dark tomb for this year’s best goth rock show. The show will feature the acclaimed The Birthday Massacre. The band has been performing internationally, traveling extensively across Canada, the United States, Mexico, Australia, the U.K. and Europe. They have become renowned for their high-energy live performances, drawing large, mixed crowds through their appeal to fans of a surprisingly wide range of genres. Their fourth full length album “Pins And Needles”, released September of 2010, landed on the Billboard Top 200 chart and in the top 10 of Billboard’s Heatseekers chart.
Adding to an evening of creep will be Cleveland’s own Lestat. Reuniting a year and a half ago, the band has resurrected the legend it created ten years earlier. Dark and deep and daring.
Rounding out the night will the industrial musing of Filament 38.
